Adesiji Rabiu is a Project Management Specialist at Enbridge Pipelines Inc. At Enbridge, he also chairs ENBRACE, an employee resource group, which supports the ongoing creation of an inclusive workplace that embraces Internationally Educated Professionals (IEPs) and leverages the strengths in the diversity of perspectives, backgrounds, education and culture of all Enbridge employees and contractors. Adesiji sits on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Alberta (ICMCA) and most recently published his first book, Leading and Realizing Your Career Goals.
Adesiji is an inspiring author and a motivator for both individuals and the community. He has also supported ERIEC as a volunteer for our Career Mentorship Program as a mentor, as a conference workshop facilitator at our Global Talent Conference, and currently supporting our mentorship program evaluation committee; so, we were not surprised when we heard the news that he is one of those being celebrated as examples of progress and products of exceptional possibilities within the community and nation at the Black Canadians Awards for 2014.
