Interpretation as a Career Path?

ccdiWe would like to invite our clients and partners to join us for a free webinar on Wednesday, October 18 provided by the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion where the new Mayagwe service will be introduced.

Mayagwe is a made-in-Canada software application that provides organizations (both public- and private-sector) with access to a database of professional language interpreters in their area – 24/7, 365 days a year. The purpose is to facilitate face-to-face interpretation services to those that have English as a second language. You can learn more at www.mayagwe.com

Mayagwe interpreters receive fair and equal access to job opportunities, with maximum flexibility for participation, and quick/direct payment for service. Mayagwe demonstrates a commitment to inclusiveness, while ensuring interpretation services are provided quickly and effectively.

The attendees in the webinar will learn the steps they can take to become a professional interpreter and the benefits for both interpreters and clients using Mayagwe.

When: Wednesday, October 18, 2017

Time: 9:00 – 10:00 am MDT
