As he searched the Internet for professional development opportunities, he discovered the Edmonton Region Immigrant Employment Council (ERIEC) – and applied to become a mentee with The Career Mentorship Program.
Sule Mohammed’s dedication to his career and desire for a high quality of life for himself and his family took him on a long journey from his native Nigeria to Edmonton.
My career objective was to work in my profession and I have worked hard on making this happen here in Canada.
After our first meeting of getting to know each other, I noticed Nadeem’s energy level had gone up—he was more open with me and we talked a little bit about each other on a more personal level.
