In this session Internationally Educated Professionals will have the opportunity to meet with an expert panel of Human Resource specialists from the non-for-profit sector. The panel will spend time focusing on recruitment and the process of pre-screening, including resumes and job interview preparation, qualifications they are seeking from prospective candidates and various technologies they use to source candidates. Panel members will also discuss the importance of networking in the job search process.
