The Ministry of Culture and Status of Women has two scholarships that are open to receive applications: Women in STEM Scholarship and Persons Case Scholarship.
The Women in STEM Scholarship supports women pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and working to advance gender equality in their chosen field. The Persons Case Scholarship supports students of any gender studying in the arts, humanities, and social sciences fields whose work advances gender equality or who are studying in fields where their gender is under-represented or disadvantaged. Alberta’s government is committed to supporting women and those working to advance gender equality to succeed in whatever career path they choose.
