A new program Newcomer Essential Skills Training (NEST) offered by EMCN.NEST is for newcomers and immigrants who possess a Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) score of 4 but are still struggling to get, or maintain employment or move ahead in their lives and further education because of barriers.
